When will my order ship?
Orders are produced and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST may begin production the following business day.
I haven't received a confirmation email.
First, check your spam or promotions folder — our emails sometimes get filtered. Search for travelsportstags.com in your inbox. If you still can't find it, make sure the email address you used at checkout is correct. Still nothing? Email us at support@travelsportstags.com with the name on the order and we'll resend your confirmation right away.
My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received it.
Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered a day early, or leave them with a neighbor or at a building office. Check around your door, mailbox, and with neighbors first. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact us at support@travelsportstags.com with your order number. We'll file a carrier inquiry and make it right — we stand behind every order with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
