- Fulfill your order — produce and ship exactly what you designed
- Send order updates — confirmation emails, shipping notifications, and tracking info
- Improve the site — understand what's working and fix what isn't
- Email marketing — occasional promotions and new product announcements, only if you opt in. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link — no hard feelings if it's not your thing
